Soraya is an Associate manager at Oliver Wyman. On every project, she focuses on achieving client impact while creating an open environment for her team. Soraya’s academic background includes a B.A. in Philosophy and Psychology as well as a Masters in Psychological Research.

Soraya’s professional project experience has spanned multiple industries all the while retaining a strong focus on digital, technology & analytics, as well as public policy and organisational effectiveness. She was recently announced a UK TechWomen100. At Oliver Wyman, Soraya has embraced her role as an inclusion and diversity champion, co-leading EMPOWERED EMEA Oliver Wyman’s network enabling racial & ethnic diversity as well as co-leading external engagement for WOW, the women of Oliver Wyman network.

Outside of her professional role, Soraya is an advocate for young women. She is the founder of a network of 400+ university students. This network organizes cv workshops, case interview preparation and networking events to help women and non-binary students gain employment in the professional services industry. Soraya also enjoys entrepreneurship and has started a socially conscious clothing line clusie.com with each sale creating positive tangible impact.
