Pallavi Dhall is a social impact-driven leader currently serving as Deputy Director at the Centre for Social and Behaviour Change, Ashoka University, where she leverages her expertise in behavioural insights for innovative policy solutions. With over 13 years of experience spanning the public and private sectors, Pallavi has consistently focused on delivering data-driven intelligence to policymakers and implementing partners to strengthen social impact interventions. Pallavi holds a Master's degree in Development Studies, providing her with a robust foundation in social and economic dynamics. Additionally, she completed an Executive Programme in Communications for Public Policy Delivery at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, enhancing her skills in strategic communication for the public good. Pallavi has worked with leading organisations such as Kantar and Nielsen, where she led research teams and developed data driven strategies. Her work has informed critical social issues, from designing communication strategies for national health campaigns to providing insights on gendered socio-economic impacts of COVID-19, consistently aiming for positive societal change. She has also collaborated with WHO and the GAVI Alliance, contributing to global vaccination efforts.
