Community Bursary Award Holder

MBA (2025)

I am deeply honoured to be selected as a Community Bursary Award Holder at St Cross College and sincerely grateful to David Scrymgeour and Career Essentials Inc. for their generous support. This award not only provides meaningful financial assistance during my MBA but also encourages me to continue pursuing leadership and community impact. 

Before coming to Oxford, I founded InFacto Consulting, a boutique India-based impact advisory firm working with non-profit organisations across climate action, sanitation, and financial inclusion. As Founder and CEO, I built and led an eight-member team and delivered strategy and analytics projects that supported programmes that reached more than 50,000 underserved individuals. Alongside building the organisation, I prioritised inclusive leadership by implementing a diversity-focused hiring strategy that created opportunities for women and professionals from underrepresented communities. 

My commitment to community engagement extends beyond my professional work. For over a decade, I have volunteered with grassroots initiatives focused on peace-building and community development. At Oxford, I currently serve as Co-President of the MBA Class of 2026, representing a diverse cohort of 332 students from 62 nationalities. I also contribute to the Inspiring Female Founder initiative at Saïd Business School, supporting women-led entrepreneurial journeys. 

Alongside my studies, I am developing an AI venture focused on helping families preserve memories for their loved ones. The Community Bursary enables me to remain fully engaged in these initiatives and in the wider St Cross community. 

I am incredibly grateful for the support of the donors and the College, and I look forward to continuing to contribute to the St Cross community during my time at Oxford and beyond.
