Wine Steward

Dr Graham Harding returned to academic life in 2014 after 25 years as a brand consultant and market researcher. He is an associate of the Oxford History faculty and attached to St Cross College, Oxford, where he is Wine Steward.

As Wine Steward he is involved with the curation of the St Cross Cellar, matching dinner wines and recommending new purchases.

He is the author of a successful general book on wine and published a monograph on the history of champagne in Britain, winning the 2022 OIV AWARD in the history category for his book. He holds the WSET Diploma in Wines and Spirits.
