My academic interests are centred generally on entomology and more specifically on exploring how parasitioid wasp behaviour and learning are affected by their larval and adult environments. I'm finding my course deeply exciting and enjoyable. I have just completed my first experiments and am moving on to visualise and analyse my data. This scholarship has allowed me, not only to pursue my research interests, but has put me on the path to follow my career ambitions. I have made new friends at St Cross and have relished the opportunity to become immersed in college life. Outside of my academic life, I am a visiting volunteer at the Oxford University Museum of Natural History and I enjoy reading.
