Jake Hongxin Zhen

Careers Rep

Jake connects students with the Careers Service, coordinates CV and interview clinics, and invites alumni and employers for practical conversations. An MSc student in Mathematical Modelling and Scientific Computing, he tries to apply optimisation to something trickier than algorithms: clearer next steps for students. Away from the inbox, he enjoys chess, volleyball, hiking, and planning the next trip.
