MSc Law and Finance (2024)

I am pursuing an MSc in Law and Finance at the University of Oxford. Since the age of 10, I have been engaged in community initiatives like Save the Tiger and the Clean Yamuna Campaign. For over a decade, I have been advocating for increased budgetary allocations for education and health in India, working with children from marginalised communities to raise their concerns. As a corporate lawyer, I have facilitated investments by IFC, DFC, and ADB in climate-tech and other priority sectors across South Asia. I have also been providing pro-bono legal advice to start-ups in India, assisting with their incorporation, drafting and negotiation of business contracts, and in ensuring regulatory compliance. Post-Oxford, I aim to establish India’s first pro bono legal clinic to support entrepreneurs from marginalized backgrounds, helping them secure investments and navigate legal challenges. I am passionate about business legislation and its impact on investments, corporate governance, and business operations. I also currently serve as the Academic Reading Group Manager at the Oxford Sustainable Finance Student Society.
