Amrutha Moorthy is the Founder and CEO of Patenti Technology Solutions, an AI-powered patent intelligence company focused on transforming intellectual property into a strategic, economic asset. She is also the platform architect behind Patenti’s core systems for patent-to-product mapping, infringement analysis, IP valuation, and standard-essential patent (SEP) detection. Her professional expertise lies at the intersection of technology, law, and capital - designing explainable AI systems that make complex IP landscapes actionable for inventors, enterprises, universities, and policymakers. Her current work emphasises IP valuation, AI-driven infringement assessment, SEP governance, and the role of patents in financing, litigation strategy, and standard-driven innovation. Amrutha brings over 18 years of experience across software engineering, product architecture, and IP analytics, with prior roles spanning global technology firms in India and the United States. She holds postgraduate qualifications in engineering, intellectual property law, data science, applied psychology, and entrepreneurship. Her work has received national and international recognition, and she is a frequent speaker and author on AI, IP commercialisation, and innovation policy. In addition to her professional work, she has volunteered with the United Nations SDG AI Lab, WHO Lebanon, and UN Volunteers Somalia, contributing to AI-led public-interest and development initiatives.
