Anukriti Pathak

Anukriti Pathak is an architect, urban planner, and public policy specialist working at the intersection of climate, housing, and urban development. She is the Founder of KS2 Collective and serves as the India Representative for Assemble Alliance, where she leads on translating strategy into grantmaking, partnerships, and implementation to accelerate systems change in the built environment.  

With over a decade of experience, Anukriti advises governments, philanthropic organisations, multilateral institutions, and the private sector on designing scalable pathways for low-carbon, climate-resilient development. She recently led the development of Assemble Alliance's India strategy, identifying high-impact opportunities to transform housing and urban systems through policy reform, market development, climate finance, industrial decarbonisation, and ecosystem building. She is leading the implementation of this strategy by building a national portfolio of grants, strategic partnerships, and demonstration initiatives.  

Her clients and collaborators include the World Bank, UN-Habitat, Asian Development Bank, Tata Trusts, the Bureau of Energy Efficiency, and multiple state governments. She authored two chapters of India's Energy Conservation and Sustainable Building Code (Residential). Anukriti holds a Master of Science in City Design and Social Sciences from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a Master of Architecture in Sustainable Architecture from Centre for Environmental Planning and Technology (CEPT) University.
