60th Anniversary Summer Picnic

Price: £16 (Junior Members and Oxford University guests) 
£19.20 (Non-Oxford guests of Junior Members) 
£21.40 (Senior Members and their guests) 
£16 Over 12 year-olds
£6 Under 12 year-olds

Wine: £12 per bottle

Wine may be purchased at time of booking, or at the bar on the night as well as a wide selection of non-alcoholic and soft drinks. Members must not bring in alcohol from outside College.


Dress code: Smart daily wear


Changes to Bookings: Members must inform Events Team of all dietary requirements & guest names before the event booking closes. If provided after booking closes we cannot guarantee we will be able to accommodate these changes.  We request that you do not move seats during the evening to make sure that you receive the correct meal. 


Cancellations: Any cancellations must be notified prior to event booking closure. After this time we cannot provide a refund. The College reserves the right to restrict bookings for members who do not notify the College of a cancellation, or who do not attend.

Join us as we celebrate 60 years of St Cross with a special Summer Picnic, bringing together the whole College community. Taking place in Blackwell Quad (weather permitting), this relaxed outdoor event is a chance to enjoy good food, fresh air and great company as the term draws to a close.

All members of College are warmly invited to attend, and Fellows, staff and students are welcome to bring partners and young families. We look forward to marking this anniversary together in a friendly and welcoming setting at the heart of College.
