St Cross Algerian Raï Concert

Kader Fahem and Abdelkader Saadoun

As part of the College's World Music Series this year, renowned musicians Abdelkader Saadoun and Kader Fahem will perform a one-hour concert with a programme that celebrates Algerian Raï  music which emerged as a major world music genre in the late 1980s with roots in traditional Bedouin  music.
