Dinner for Academic Supervisors

Location: Common Room and Hall

Date: Friday 27 February 2026

Time: Drinks from 19:00, dinner served 19:30

Bookings: Please register at the booking system.

Bookings close: 10am, Thursday 19 February 2026

Price: Junior Members - £16

Supervisors - free for first Supervisor, £16 for second.

Dress code: Smart daily wear & Gowns

Changes to Bookings: Members must inform Events Team of all dietary requirements & guest names before the event booking closes. If provided after booking closes we cannot guarantee we will be able to accommodate these changes.  We request that you do not move seats during the evening to make sure that you receive the correct meal. 

Cancellations: Any cancellations must be notified prior to event booking closure. After this time we cannot provide a refund. The College reserves the right to restrict bookings for members who do not notify the College of a cancellation, or who do not attend.

This dinner is intended to allow Post Graduate Research (DPhil and MRes) students to invite their supervisors to dinner.
Please arrange to meet your supervisor at the drinks reception and arrive together at the Dinner.

Smoked salmon rillette, pickled cucumber, dill crème fraiche, rye toast

Beetroot carpaccio, vegan feta, blood orange, pistachio, micro herbs

Braised beef cheek, parsnip purée, red wine jus, buttered greens (GF)

Roasted aubergine & chickpea tagine, couscous, preserved lemon, coriander

Baked raspberry cheesecake, passionfruit curd and biscoff crumb

Wine bottles may be purchased at the time of booking
*Members may purchase wine through the booking system for Hall,
but must not bring in alcohol from outside College
