We are delighted to be joined by David Scrymgeour, entrepreneur, Adjunct Professor and Entrepreneur in Residence at the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto. David has worked as a consultant; trouble-shooter; entrepreneur and community advisor, he has founded a number of highly successful companies and served as a board member for many community organisations. In addition to his illustrious business background, David has also engaged in a range of political roles including as National Director of the Progressive Conservative Party of Canada and advisor to the Green Party of Ontario.

We are thrilled to be hosting his session on “Building an Organisation” in which he will share with you his personal insights and practical tips on organisation development. David will explore the fundamentals of the development process through from initial conception and design, to actually growing, managing and evolving an organisation of any type or size. This session is highly practical and develops a model for planning which is then demonstrated and applied step by step. We hope you will be able to join us for what promises to be a fascinating event!
