St Cross College is pleased to invite applications for the 2026 CrossLinks programme.
CrossLinks supports innovative interdisciplinary research projects developed within the College community. The programme is designed to encourage collaboration across subjects and divisions, enabling members of St Cross to develop ambitious ideas that extend beyond traditional academic boundaries.
As a graduate college at the heart of the University of Oxford, St Cross brings together scholars from a wide range of disciplines. CrossLinks builds on this intellectual diversity by providing financial support to help transform cross-disciplinary conversations into meaningful research initiatives.
The CrossLinks project was conceived by former St Cross Research Fellow and neuroscientist Dr Ricardo Marquez Gomez and his friend and colleague Dr Oktay Cetinkaya, a Lecturer at the University of Newcastle’s School of Engineering and with special thanks to alumnus Jiannan Zhang.
Funding Available
In 2026, a number of projects will be supported with funding of up to £5,000 per project.
The programme is made possible through the generous support of donors to St Cross, including alumnus Jiannan Zhang (MSc Computer Science 2013).
