We extend warm congratulations to Jordan Graham (2013, MPhil Archaeology), who was recently listed in Management Today’s “35 Women under 35” for 2025.
Management Today is a prominent publication delivering journalism, data‑driven analysis, podcasts, events, and awards focused on leadership, innovation, talent and business transformation.
For the past decade, Jordan has been a leader in the learning and development sector, focusing on driving purpose-driven organisational culture change during times of uncertainty and transition. She has been recognised for her excellence in creating inclusive environments where everyone can thrive by blending academic rigour with practical organisational expertise. Her global experience spans clients in professional services, finance/fintech, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, energy, higher education, charity, and public sectors. As a global citizen, her perspective has been enriched by living in multiple countries, including Canada, the US, Ireland, Cyprus, Taiwan, and the UK, where she has resided since 2013.
“35 Women Under 35” is an annual list that celebrates the UK’s most impressive young female talent. It recognises women who are shaping the future of business through their leadership, innovation, and impact across sectors. As the country’s longest-running and most prestigious list of young female business talent, its goal is to showcase the remarkable stories of women who are driving meaningful change.
Jordan completed a BA at McGill University, following which she came to St Cross to do an MPhil in Archaeology. She served on the College’s SRC Committee (as Careers Rep) and was involved in various University societies relating to archaeology and heritage, including the Oxford University Archaeological Society. She holds a PhD from the University of Bath’s School of Management, Business and Society.
She currently works as Group Head of Client Solutions at PCA (Professional Training and Coaching).
