Sahana Narayan

SRC Vice-President (she/her)

Hi! I’m Sahana, your new Vice-President and a DPhil student in Women’s and Reproductive Health. My research looks at how clinicians interpret fetal monitoring data during labor and delivery and how those interpretations shape communication, consent, and decision-making.

I’m originally from Denver, Colorado, and this is my first time living in the UK — so I’m embracing all the British quirks, from finally living in a place that wholeheartedly supports my tea addiction, to unrefrigerated eggs, non-intuitive place-name pronunciations, and wrapping my head around the NHS.

You’ll often spot me around college in a colorful beret or fluffy hat, and I always love to chat, so if you see me around (or just need someone to talk to), please don’t hesitate to say hello or drop me a line!
