Panuwat is an alumnus reading an Magister Juris at the University of Oxford. Currently, he is a banking and finance lawyer based in Bangkok office of Allen & Overy. Panuwat's experience includes general banking and finance, project finance, as well as aviation finance. Generally, Panuwat advises borrowers and lenders on banking and finance matters, including structuring, negotiating and documenting transactions, in addition to regulatory matters.
