Milos is an experienced professional with a strong track record of strategic, operational, and fundraising excellence in the education sector, more specifically with Oxford University, having worked at Merton, St Catherine's and Linacre Colleges. He studied for his MPhil in International Relations at Pembroke College.

Milos joined Merton in 2018, focusing on securing major gifts for a range of causes and cultivating alumni engagement. Prior to Merton, he was at St Catherine’s College for eight years, where he primarily focused on mass fundraising campaigns such as Telethons.

Milos is a competitive tennis player and has been a member of a number of clubs in Oxford and elsewhere in the world. He is also an occasionally keen runner, having participated in the Oxford Town and Gown 10K.
