Changes to Bookings: Members must inform Events Team of all dietary requirements & guest names before the event booking closes. If provided after booking closes we cannot guarantee we will be able to accommodate these changes. We request that you do not move seats during the evening to make sure that you receive the correct meal.
Cancellations: Any cancellations must be notified prior to event booking closure. After this time we cannot provide a refund. The College reserves the right to restrict bookings for members who do not notify the College of a cancellation, or who do not attend.
Terms and Conditions: Family Hall is open once a term to all ages and College welcomes families to join with us. x When booking please specify if you need a high chair/booster seat. Please note we have limited furniture for young children. x Please specify your child’s age in their booking. Under 12’s will be charged at the rate of £6 each for catering. 12+ will be considered an adult for catering purposes. x Where you have a specific dietary need (such as formula or baby food), please be aware that we cannot warm bottles etc. We will also need to provide a waiver for you to bring in additional food. Send an email to mealbooking.queries@stx.ox.ac.uk and we will provide this for you and book your child in for free.
