St Cross goes to Wolfson:
• Date: Friday 25th October
• Meet time: 6:50 pm at Wolfson Lodge
• Dress code: Formal
Wolfson comes to St Cross:
• Date: 12th November
• Meet time: 6:30 pm in Common Room
• Dress code: Daily Wear with gowns
Important Information:
• You must participate in the whole exchange and arrive on time. This starts at 6:30 pm as there is a reception before the dinner in the common room and cheese and port after the dinner served in the bar.
• You must commit to attending both exchanges (at St Cross College and Exchange College)
• All dietary requirements must be mentioned at the time of booking.
• Only book one space; no guests are allowed. Your exchange place is confirmed once you book to attend College
• You cannot be booked into more than one exchange per term. Double bookings will result in bookings being cancelled
• Your place is confirmed when you pay for this event on the booking system – in case you do not pay by 48 hours, the spaces will be released.
