Bluff your way in wine … with College Wine Steward Graham Harding
Know a little about wine – even nothing? Know a lot? No matter.
Graham’s introductory tasting is designed with two aims in mind.
First is to give anyone and everyone a taste of the good stuff from the College cellars.
Second, to introduce the basics of wine tasting and wine and food pairing.
There’ll be eight wines – starting with a cracking English sparkling wine, taking in three whites from all over the globe, three reds (ditto) and a luscious dessert wine to finish.
The tastings are restricted to 45 people so there’ll be plenty of wine to go around.
As well as being College wine steward with the pleasing task of finding the right wines to go with our highly rated dinners, Graham is a prize-winning wine writer known worldwide for his work on champagne.
He’s also the author of the very successful Wine Miscellany and the (joint) author of Bluff your Way in Marketing. So, ‘Bluff your way in wine’ is a reasonable proposition…a steal at £20 per head. And you’re welcome to bring up to three friends.
Book as soon as you can to be sure of a place.
