This year, the traditional ‘Summer Eights’ rowing regatta will be live streamed online and accessible to watch globally.
The regatta will be going ahead from approximately 12:00 to 19:00 BST on the four days from Tuesday 8 to Friday 11 June.
Alumni and supporters of college rowing are advised not to go to the river to avoid crowds but to watch the live stream instead. This should give viewers the opportunity to see entire races and to experience far more of the event than has ever been possible from one viewing position at a boathouse.
