Family Hall: This event will be our trial family hall this term, meaning that child guests will be allowed to attend. When booking please specify age and dietary requirments of children, and if you need a high chair/booster seat. Please note we have limited furniture for young children. £15.45 (Junior Members and Oxford University guests)
£18.50 (Junior Members and Non-Oxford University guests)
£20.65 (Senior Members and their guests)
£6 (Children under 12 years old)
Children over 12 years old will be considered an adult for catering purposes.
Dress code: Smart daily wear and gowns
Changes to Bookings: Members must inform Events Team of all dietary requirements & guest names before the event booking closes. If provided after booking closes we cannot guarantee we will be able to accommodate these changes. We request that you do not move seats during the evening to make sure that you receive the correct meal.
Cancellations: Any cancellations must be notified prior to event booking closure. After this time we cannot provide a refund. The College reserves the right to restrict bookings for members who do not notify the College of a cancellation, or who do not attend.
