Procrastination and perfectionism are patterns of human reactivity that often get in the way of productive work and study. In this informal workshop, we will explore how the cultivation of awareness, and investigation into the earliest signs of perfectionism and procrastination can help us to nip these patterns in the bud. This session will include experiential mindfulness practices, as well as interactive exercises drawn from cognitive science.

This 75-minute workshop run by Oli Bazin from the Oxford Mindfulness Centre will offer a few tips to help you manage perfectionism and procrastination during your studies.
