Pacari chocolates are suitable for everyone, being nut-free, soy-free, gluten-free, dairy-free, palm oil-free, and certified vegan and kosher. They have a high cacao content and include superfoods, offering numerous health benefits.
Pacari uses only certified organic and biodynamic ingredients, free from pesticides and chemicals. The company protects the biodiversity of the Amazon rainforest by using agroforestry practices and combating deforestation. By investing in reforestation projects and adopting compostable and recyclable packaging, Pacari reduces its ecological footprint and supports a sustainable future.
A few words about Santiago Peralta:
Santiago Peralta is an entrepreneur who has revolutionized the chocolate industry. Visionary, enthusiastic, and independent, he challenged traditional paradigms such as the reliance of countries on the export of raw materials. He has successfully made Ecuador not only a top producer of fine cacao but also one of the world's best chocolate producers.
After nearly two decades of hard work, this legally trained businessman, as CEO of PACARI, has established a pioneering proposition. One of his achievements has been positioning Ecuador as a country that, by exporting high value-added products, creates virtuous transformations on the ground, with over 3,000 local small farmers directly benefiting from this process. Around 400 international recognitions and PACARI's presence in over 40 international markets confirm Santiago's excellence as a business leader. Convinced of Ecuador's natural and cultural wealth, Santiago is a pioneer in promoting Ecuadorian gastronomy worldwide.
