Graham Harding is re-running ‘Bluff Your Way in Wine’, his very popular introduction to wine, again this term.
The course takes place over two Saturday afternoons – 1st and 15th February – and all St Cross members and friends are welcome.
The eight hours or so cover all you need to know about wine to hold your own in Oxford conversations. Lots of wine to taste – from the sparkliest of whites to the sweetest of red (and white) wines.
