We are incredibly proud of the food at St Cross - our wonderful kitchen team provide healthy, delicious, seasonal and sustainable food for College members, and our lunches, Hall nights and special dinners are a real highlight of College life.
For Christmas 2020, our Head Chef Robert Rudman and Catering Manager Paul White recorded a demonstration of canapé-making. Although this was put together with a Christmas event in mind, these recipes can be adapted and used for any occasion, and can be easily adapted for various diets. So why not have a go yourself!
