Fellow Prof Dan Olteanu to deliver keynote lecture and receive Best Paper Award at International Conference on Database Theory
St Cross Fellow Dan Olteanu, Professor of Computer Science, is to receive the Best Paper Award at the 22nd International Conference on Database Theory, and will deliver the conference's keynote lecture, on learning models over relational databases.
Research from Professor Olteanu's FDB Group will be showcased at the joint International Conference on Database Theory (ICDT) and International Conference on Extending Database Technology (EDBT), to take place in March 2019 in Lisbon.
Professor Olteanu and his team will also receive the Best Paper Award at ICDT for their paper "Counting Triangles under Updates in Worst-Case Optimal Time".
