Graduate Access Awards

Thanks to support from alumni and friends of St Cross, the College is delighted to be able to award two bursaries, worth £10,000 each, to students commencing a one-year Master’s degree programme in October 2022.

To be eligible to apply for a bursary, prospective students must have applied for a place at the University of Oxford and been offered a place on their respective course AND also have been offered and accepted a place at St Cross College by the bursary application deadline, 27 May 2022.

St Cross College Graduate Access Awards will be awarded to offer-holders based on their demonstrated financial need. All applicants will be asked to complete a comprehensive form as part of the application process. All St Cross offer-holders who have a place on a one-year Master's programme commencing in October 2022 are eligible to apply for these awards EXCEPT for individuals who already hold a full scholarship that covers their tuition fees and a stipend for living costs of at least £13,078.

Each award will be worth £10,000 and will be offset against fee liability. Where award-holders’ course fees are less than £10,000 per annum, the remaining award will be paid as a stipend directly to the student. Awards will not normally be able to be deferred and award-holders must commence their course in October 2022.

To apply for a St Cross College Graduate Access Award, please first read the Guidance Notes for Candidates and then complete the online application form available here. All applications must be received by 17:00 BST on Friday 27 May 2022.
