Booking for College Events

Booking for college dinners and events is available through the college website. Simply log-in to the site via the link in the top right-hand corner of the page http://www.stx.ox.ac.uk/user. Use your booking system username and password, then click on "booking calendar", visible in the top right hand corner of the page. Scroll through the calendar and select the event you would like to book, clicking on the "book onto this event" link at the bottom of the page.

Your booking system username is of the form Firstname Lastname (Firstname-space-Lastname). You may also use the email address that you signed up with. If you are having trouble logging in please email the Events Team at events.assistant@stx.ox.ac.uk.


 For Hilary Term 2018 we have two dates when the booking system will open:

  • Monday 8th January at 10am for weeks 1, 2, 3 & 4
  • Monday 5th February at 10am for weeks 5, 6, 7, 8 & 9. 

Booking conditions:

  • Please note that booking for Special Dinners closes 4 working days before the event at 10am, after that time cancellations will be charged.
  • Please note that booking for Hall closes at 10am on Friday each week, after that time cancellations will be charged.
  • All members of College are permitted to sign up into as many Special Dinners as they wish with a maximum of 3 guests on any one occasion. (Please note these attendance limits do not apply to Hall)
  • Please note that the College dinners are adult-only events and children under 14 are not permitted.
