All members of College are permitted to sign up with a maximum of 3 guests. 
Waiting lists are available for all events via the booking system.

*In order to have the no alcohol option and pay the lower price you must put 'No Alcohol' in the dietary requirements box at the time of booking, if not the higher price will be payable regardless of whether you consume any wine on the evening.

 A drinks reception will be held from 7pm in the Saugman Common Room, before the meal is served at 7.30pm in Hall.

Vegetarian or medical dietary requirements must be stated at the time of booking or before booking closes, otherwise we may be unable to meet your requirements on the evening.

Please note that late comers may be refused admittance to the dinner.

If you require a rest break during the dinner please keep it as brief as possible as this may disrupt the food service and/or quality.

Please note that this is an adult only event and children under 14 are not permitted.

Please note that booking for Special Dinners closes 4 working days before the event, on Friday at 10am, after that time cancellations will be charged.
