The central College site has 18 single study bedrooms; 10 are categorised at 1*, and 8 at category 1. 

Please note that the College is planning to commence building works for the new wings on the main site in March/April 2014. There will be some noise during Trinity term during the day time working hours, and therefore main site accommodation will only be suitable for those who are doing their work elsewhere, e.g. in a laboratory or department. It is unlikely to be suitable for those who are taking examinations in Trinity term or anyone who is particularly sensitive to noise. If noise becomes a significant problem we propose to offer discounts on rents for the 10 garden-facing (1*) rooms when work commences. Discounts typically offered by other Colleges in similar situations are 10% to directly affected rooms.

Tenancy Length:

All tenancy periods begin on 30th September 2013. The tenancy agreement for the main site is 40 weeks ending 6th July 2014.  

Location:

Based in a separate accommodation wing on the main site, the location is unbeatable in terms of convenience. A walk down the stairs will lead you to the Hall for College lunches every weekday during term time, and to the Bar, Common Room and Caroline Miles Room for relaxation space.

Facilities:

All rooms were refurbished in 2011 with the following items: Single bed; desk; desk chair; easy chair; book shelves; bedside cabinet; wardrobe; waste paper bin; desk lamp; wash basin.

The libraries and computer room are based on the main site. A shared laundry room with washing machines and dryers is in the basement.

Bathrooms and Kitchens:

Two toilets and bathrooms, and one kitchen are shared between 6 residents on each floor. The kitchens were newly refurbished in 2011. The kitchens are equipped with all electrical goods, but crockery and cutlery is not provided.

Internet:

These rooms are connected to the College and University networks via an Ethernet link.

The view on the backyard of the College is really beautiful(*), and the surroundings are very peaceful.
