Summer Eights, the annual inter-collegiate bumps rowing regatta, gets under way this week with a very impressive show of St Crossers (asterisked in the lists below) as members of the Wolfson-St Cross rowing crews.

Two St Cross junior members helped the Dark Blues secure a victory over rivals Cambridge in the 37th Dancesport Varsity Match, which took place on Saturday 7 May in Cambridge.[img_assist|nid=2873

Torpids 2011 was a most successful week for the Wolfson-St Cross team.  Read the latest report from St Cross representatives, Rebecca Schneider and Clifford Sofield. 

Oliver Zeldin (DPhil Life Sciences) with his partner Haibo E, who is at Corpus Christi, recently competed in the International Ballroom Dancing Championships.

The Wolfson-St Cross Football Team secured another sporting success for St Cross this weekend, helped along by 2 of our own junior members.

Two St Cross ladies were part of the winning Blues Women's Football team who recently secured Oxford's first victory in the nationwide BUCS Trophy Cup.

Oxford were sadly defeated in this year's Varsity Match at Twickenham on Thursday 10th December. In another thrilling match, the final score ended at 31 - 27 to Cambridge.

 

St Crossers will be proud to learn that two of our number have been selected for the Blues team taking on Cambridge at the annual Varsity Clash at Twickenham on Thursday.

It was that time of year again last week, when the Christ Church regatta, the annual event in which novice college rowing crews race each other, should have happened.

This year's Summer Eights saw an impressive performance by St Cross rowers, who compete as part of Wolfson College Boat Club.
