Tony Hope wins Teaching Excellence Award

Professor Tony Hope, Fellow of St Cross, Professor of Medical Ethics and founding member of the Oxford Centre for Ethics and Communication in Health Care Practice (Ethox), is to receive a Teaching Excellence Award.

The Teaching Excellence Awards Scheme was introduced this year by the Medical Sciences Division to recognise and encourage attainment of a high order in teaching, and Prof Hope is one of only ten recipients from throughout the Division.

The awards will be presented on Thursday 19th October at a ceremony in the Medical Sciences Teaching Centre, where some of the recipients will make presentations on an aspect of their work.
