JRF Wins SAAB Bronze Medal 2008

Junior Research Fellow, Dr Alistair McCormick has been awarded the prestigious SAAB Bronze medal by the South African Association of Botanists.

The recipient of the SAAB Bronze Medal is judged to have produced the best South African plant science PhD thesis; Alistair has been awarded the medal for his work in 2008.

As is tradition, the medal will be conferred at the 2010 conference which will be held at the North West University, Potchefstroom, in January 2010, which Alistair will be proudly attending.
