St Cross Summer Drinks Party - 21 June 2006

This year it was decided to amalgamate the Summer Drinks Party for alumni with the usual College reception to mark Encaenia which has been a traditional part of the St Cross social calendar for some years.

The evening of 21 June saw the Saugman Common Room packed with alumni, Fellows, former and Emeritus Fellows, students, Associate Members, members of Common Room and many other friends of the College in a lively and colourful gathering. Some guests had come straight from the ceremonial events of Encaenia and were sporting a very fine array of academic dress.
