The online booking system is launched each term on Monday of week 0 at 1.15pm.

The username is the member's first name and last name all as one word

Example
Name: Dr Joe Smith
Username: JoeSmith

The password is the member's 7 digit University card number.

Please note that for Special Dinners the lists close 4 working days before the event, and after that time cancellations will be charged.

Please note that the lists for Hall at 12 noon on Monday each week, and after that time cancellations will be charged.

All members of College are permitted to sign up for no more than 3 dinners per term, with up to 6 guests per term and a maximum of 3 on any one occasion. Members may sign up for 1 Feast per year.

Monday to Friday, 12.15 to 1.45 pm.

Whilst the College continually strives to provide all the services expected by our members, when faced with adverse conditions it may be necessary to cancel services and events at the last minute.

In case of severe weather (such as heavy snow or flood) or illness (such as an outbreak of Swine Flu), dinners and events will be subject to cancellation due to concerns of staff and members' safety. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
