MSc, PhD Lond.); Professor of Human Ecology; Vice-Master of St Cross College E-mail: stanley.ulijaszek Stanley Ulijaszek has his first degree in Biochemistry at the University of Manchester, MSc and PhD in Nutrition at the University of London. He was University Lecturer the Department of Biological Anthropology, University of Cambridge and University Lecturer in Human Ecology at the University of Oxford, where he is now Professor of Human Ecology. His research interests centre on the biocultural ecology of human populations past and present, and nutritional anthropology. He has carried out research in the Cook Islands, Sarawak, Bangladesh, Nepal, India, Papua New Guinea, Poland and Australia. He is Director of the multidisciplinary Unit for Biocultural Variation and Obesity, which considers the social and cultural drivers of obesity, at the University of Oxford.
