The current student rate applies to all students of St Cross College. VAT is not applicable.
The College Member rate applies to Alumni of the College, as well as Fellows and Associate Members. This rate also applies for guests of St Cross students (friends and family).
Bookings should be made via the Accommodation Assistant.
Payment will be taken at the time of booking.
If bookings are made several months in advance, a deposit of £75 or the cost of the room (whichever is lesser), will be taken; the outstanding balance payment will be taken up to 3 months before arrival.
Deposits are non-refundable
Cancellations
48 hours notice is required for bookings of up to (and including) 3 nights.
7 days notice is required for bookings of 4-14 nights.
14 days notice is needed to cancel stays of 14-21 nights.
Stays of 22 nights or more need 30 days notice.
Smoking is not permitted in guest rooms.
